Abdalla Ali Al-Baalawy is AAA Law’s founder and managing lawyer, providing legal services and mentorship to communities.

Abdalla obtained a B.A. at the University of Toronto focusing on Economics and International Development Studies. He then went on to obtain his law degree at the Law School of the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Upon his completion, Abdalla returned to Ontario where he got called to the bar and has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2018. Abdalla is also a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers and the Toronto Lawyers Association. His main areas of practice are:

  • Corporate Law

With his education and history in law, Abdalla likes to define himself as a change maker. He has a deep commitment to community and civic engagement. He was previously a member of the student union at the University of Toronto where his lessons in advocacy began. Abdalla is a firm believer in helping others achieve their potential and follows the saying: “anything is possible, impossible is nothing, and if you can believe, you can achieve.”
