Abdalla Ali Al-Baalawy
Tawfic Mumuni Amandi
Abdalla Ali Al-Baalawy is AAA Law’s founder and managing lawyer, providing legal services and mentorship to numerous communities.
Abdalla obtained a B.A. at the University of Toronto focusing on Economics and International Development Studies. He then went on to obtain his law degree at the Law School of the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Upon his completion, Abdalla returned to Ontario, Canada where he got called to the bar. He has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canada since 2018. Abdalla is also a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, and the Toronto Lawyers Association. His main areas of practice are:
- Family law
- Corporate Law
Abdalla likes to define himself as a change maker. He has a deep commitment to community and civic engagement. He was previously a member of the student union at the University of Toronto where his passion for advocacy began. Abdalla is a firm believer in helping others achieve their potential, and follows the saying: “anything is possible, impossible is nothing, and if you can believe, you can achieve.”

Thabang Pebane is an Associate Lawyer at AAA Law, with a passion for providing legal services to our clients and ensuring that their cases are handled with great care and consideration.
Thabang obtained a B.A. Honours in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Toronto. He then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Cardiff in the United Kingdom. Upon his completion, Thabang returned to Ontario, Canada, where got called to the bar in 2019. Thabang is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canada, and also a member of the Ontario Bar Association. His main areas of practice are:

- Civil Litigation
- Family Law
Thabang has a passion for finding innovative ways to solve legal issues or disputes. Thabang is very accessible to our clients and works tirelessly to advocate on their behalf. Outside of the work environment, Thabang enjoys providing tutoring and mentorship services to law students, playing sports, and participating in community engagement initiatives.

Sumayya Mohammed is AAA Law’s law clerk, providing legal assistance to the firm and its clients. Sumayya graduated from George Brown College with a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Services. She has been a part of AAA Law since 2019. Sumayya has a passion in working with the community, and she has been able to showcase her skills during her time in George Brown College. Sumayya has been involved within multiple community organizations since then.
At AAA Law, Sumayya assist the firm and clients in the following areas:

Tawfic obtained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at York University, focusing on Human Rights and Equity Studies. Tawfic recently finished his law degree at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. Tawfic’s main areas of practice are:

Tawfic’s experience in Canada motivated him to pursue a law degree to develop the necessary skills to help vulnerable and marginalized individuals within our community. Tawfic’s passion for social justice has been further fueled through his legal education and experience as a Youth Refugee Intern at a Refugee Center. He is excited to help the marginalized within any society.
